- COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST IN A SINGLE PROCEDURE
1.- In order to formalize your request
a) Sign the Agreement with Primavera Blanca.
b) Upload a photo (jpg, or pdf) of both sides of your personal Identification Document
c) Pay the fee for the logistics of the Grada, website and servers, communication, supporting material, tifos and trips to away games.
2.- You will be able to do all the procedures, including the payment of the fee using your credit or debit card entering in your private are of the website using your name and password.
- AMOUNT OF THE FEES IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE GRADA
3.- We keep the same fees as the past season. The price depends of you are a Real Madrid member (socio).
—> Single-matches ticket mode: 40 €
—> Single-matches ticket mode for Real Madrid members (socios): 20 €
- PRICE OF THE TICKETS PER GAME
6.- The price depends of the category of the game. A regular game ticket costs 25€. Top league matches cost 40€. Extraordinary games (top Champions League games, and matches in La Liga and Copa del Rey vs F C Barcelona and Atlético de Madrid) cost 70 €.
The price is paid in the box offices when you buy the nominative ticket conceded by Real Madrid after the member of the Grada has requested it before the game (At minimum one week before every game, but usually since the moment we know the date and time of the game you will be able to request your ticket in Primavera Blanca website using your name and password).
The money collected is totally dedicated by Real Madrid C.F. in order to finance the tifos and make cheaper the trips to away games where you can participate in the same conditions as the members with the regular season ticket mode.
- REGISTERING IN SINGLE-MATCHES TICKET MODE AND RULES OF THE MODE
Registering in single-matches ticket mode of Grada FANS in completed directly in Primavera Blanca website. Once the procedure is completed, you will be able to request tickets for the matches, that will be announced in the Primavera Blanca website once La Liga, Spanish Federation and UEFA publish the definitive schedules.
As a member within this mode, the philosophy of Primavera Blanca you have to know is that you have more chances of getting a ticket, specially top games, whoever has come more times to the Grada to support the team will have higher chances of getting a ticket for those game
This situation happens because in the games where the ticket claim is bigger than the ticket supply, due to the capacity of the Grada, we classify and arrange the request in order of the previous attendances. In the case of people tied with the same number of attendances, we follow the criteria of order of request. And in order to be fair, in the number of attendances we also include the times where the fan requested a ticket and the club couldn’t give the fan a ticket because the Grada was too crowded.
To help you to explain you how this system works, we will show you the games of the previous season when the club didn’t give everyone who requested their single-match tickets and how many people who requested a ticket didn’t get one:
2017-18 season
– 12 requestors vs Tottenham (none of them had attended any game before)
– 35 vs Barcelona (all had attended one game or none);
– 77 vs PSG (none had attended more than 3 games)
– 96 vs Bayern (none had attended more than 5 games).
2018-2019 season:
– 65 requestors vs FC Barcelona in Copa del Rey (all had attended 1 or 0 games before).
As you can see in the examples, once the season progresses it’s compulsory to have attended more games in order to get a real chance of attending the top games.
